Our founder, İsmail YAVUZYILMAZ, was born in Istanbul in 1974. He graduated from naval school and served as an unlimited master for almost 10 years before starting at Alesta International Loss Adjusters, Surveyors, Consultants & Supervisors (Crawford Independent Associate) in the year 2000. He worked in the Supervision Department of Alesta and then became the group manager of Supervision and Freight Claims departments. After 20 years at Alesta, he founded ASSE in 2020.

Currently, he has the know-how of handling about 20.000 Supervision and Freight Claims files.
